Had a great experience, taking my husband‘s broken chair to be repaired . I will add, it was not broken from the way it was built. It was broken by my husband that sits in it at least 6 to 8 hours a day every day. The nice gentleman Mike had our chair fixed it in one day . No questions asked even after five years. They repaired it with wider slats for strength and comfort. Everyone was just so nice. I cannot say enough for the way they run their business. And by the way, my husband is very happy with his chair!!!!
